I've seen various blue dialed Speedies in some of the books covering Omega watches ( the new Goldberger Book also contains one ).
However I have NEVER seen one pictured or mentioned in any OMEGA literature. It is not mentioned in the Museum catalogue or in the Most extensive online speedmaster model list that I know of.
I have also seen brown dialed speedies. I assume that these have "faded" to brown over the years. ( I also believe this to be true of flightmaster dials )
I can't imagine that Black would fade to Blue though.
So the short version, is that I KNOW very little about these models. I've seen a few. I'd like to know more.
What I can say though is the bezel is NOT a new replica.
The dots at 70 & 90, the flat "A" in Tachymetre, the Accent above the 1st "E" in Tachymetre & the "cramped" 275, all point to a bezel that was manufactured pre '68.
All the Best
Steve
