There doesn't seem to have been a 569 movement, according to Omega Saga. However the 564 is an excellent choice because, if you aren't going to wear the watch day in day out, you have the advantage that it has a quick-set date device - the first Omega produced, I think.
Can't help as regards the price - sorry.
