There are 2 very similar looking watches that were available from Omega at that time. One had an extra crown at 10:00 ( like the helium crown on the current Seamasters ). This rotated the inner bezel. The other didn't have the extra crown.
These watches contained the 861 movement ( like the Speedmaster Pro ).
The Case Ref # of the watch WITHOUT the extra crown is 145.019

These watches were available with a choice of inner bezels.
