The bezels on the two models do look different. The 42mm has "sharper" sawteeth that are closer together, while the 45.5mm has larger gaps in between the bezel teeth.
Also, the 42mm bracelet clasp says "Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean", while the 45.5mm clasp says "Omega Seamaster Professional Planet Ocean". Since Bond's PO is on a strap, you can't tell what size it is by the bracelet clasp, and the pictures I've seen aren't close-up enough to determine whether it's the 42 or 45.5.
