Frankly, without the limited edition boxes, certificate of authenticity, etc., this watch's value goes down dramatically. The seller's price is ABSURDLY high for a watch with no boxes or papers. Also, I counted the links and there are 3 full links and one half-link missing from the bracelet. You could always buy them, but it'll cost you at least $80 or so for the extra links.
I've seen this seller's items before, and he seems to take in any old watch on a trade and sell it "as-is" with no boxes, papers, etc. What you see is what you get, so to speak. On a limited edition watch like this, having all limited edition boxes and papers makes the watch much more valuable. In this condition, this watch MIGHT be worth about $1000 less than what the seller is asking. The watch was $2195 brand new back in 2002, and even "like new in the box" models aren't selling for the $2699 this guy is asking.
I don't want to tell you what to do, but I personally wouldn't even contemplate spending that much money on a watch in that condition.
