Re: Omega Speedmaster, Broad Arrow
In Response To: Omega Speedmaster, Broad Arrow ()

: Hello,

: Looking for a little knowledge on an Omega
: SPeedmaster. I have a chance to buy a
: preowned Broad Arrow. Can you share with me
: your experiences with Speedy's, their

: views of Omega Speedy's.

: Thank you in advance.

I bought a used but never worn Broad Arrow last year, and it has been one of the nicest watches I have ever owned. However, the 3303 caliber movement has had some issues since it was introduced by Omega, so you'll want to ask the seller if the watch was ever serviced, if he ever had any problems with the chronograph functions (failure to reset, etc.), and exactly how old the watch is. The older movements had a higher incidence rate of reported problems, so if you can get one that is newer or still under warranty, this is your best bet.
