The only way to know for sure is to actually try them on in person. This way you can see which size fits you best, and you can see first hand whether the orange color appeals to you. I agree with Cajun Mike that the black model is more conservative and will never go out of style. It can also be worn with a much wider variety of clothing, including a suit. The orange model screams "casual sports watch", so you can't really wear it with more formal attire.
