I am also considering the PO and am in a quandry over size. So, I went over to Jared's yesterday and wore my SMP Two Tone so I could get a direct comparison. I tried on both the 42 and the 45 and compared them both with my SMP. The 42 is just a bit less in diameter than my SMP and the 45 is just a tad more. It's very close with the SMP being right in the middle. While I'm a big watch guy, I think the 45 may be just a wee bit too big. I have a 7.5 inch wrist and am over 6 ft tall so, that's not the issue. The 45 just seems to be very close to overhanging my wrist. It's very big. I've still not made up my mind for sure but am leaning towards the 42. While it's a smidgen smaller than my SMP, it's actually a bit heavier. Just my observations. Good luck with your quest.
