Hi folks
I'd like some advice if thats possible, app 3 years ago i bought a brand new "bond" seamaster from the top jewellers in Belfast, it cost me around £1100.00.
Roughly 4 weeks ago i left the watch back for its first service, i picked up the watch a few days ago and when i got home i noticed that there were still the same scratches on the bracelet and clasp ( they hadn't been refurbished ), worse was to come.
I noticed a clunking sound from the movement, then after 24 hrs it stopped working, i tried to manually wind it and still no joy, i then slapped it against my palm and it started, but it stops/starts at its own leisure.
Now when i have it on my wrist the sound of the movement clunking is totally annoying. Any advice on what to do next is greatly appreciated.
Regards
Allan
