Oh,I should have said, Yes I agree it is better to deal face to face with someone you know to be reputable. But how to I find someone reputable in such a specialist field and with a decent range of watches to buy?
The UK is a small place for this type of dealer to be available locally. I doubt if there is anyone within 500 miles of my home. (I am in the Scotland part of the UK, by the way.)
Any suggestions would be welcome as I really DO want to find a nice vintage watch.
