Dear Sam:

I (and probably a lot of other people here...) would question your comment about Omega having better service after the sale, seeing as a number of us have had absolutely horrible experiences with the Swatch facility in Pennsylvania and/or the newer one in Secaucus. It would appear that you have been to the Secaucus facility, and could you give us some sense of what you thought the organization was like??

Here's a link what happened to one of the regulars in here, and other people have waited a long time and had to send the watch back multiple times to get it fixed.

I'm not trying to start a flame war here, but in light of posts like these, I'm trying to get some idea of how a longtime professional like yourself could have such a different view of the quality of Omega service than some of us have experienced.

Thank you for any light you can shed on this matter.
