: Does anybody what movement is in the quartz SMP
: full-size bond? - I believe it is something
: by ETA, but not much more than that.
Read the zOwie Seamaster FAQ -- it details all the movements used in the Seamaster Pro.
But the quick answer is that it is the Omega 1148 movement, which is an Omega-modified ETA quartz movement. I do not have the info on what the number of the original ETA movement is.
: Which other watches share the same movement
: (Omega and non-Omega)?
Several other Omegas, including the De Ville. No non-Omega watch has the Omega-modified version of the movement. Any other brand of watch wil have to use the raw ETA movement or modify it themselves.
