: Hey Guys, I've been wearing my new 2254 for
: about two weeks now. I set it to the naval
: observatory master clock on 7/1, and it's 5
: seconds slow after 10 days. That's pretty
: good! I'm curious what other people's
: experiences are. (consequently, I thought it
: was funny that my timex quartz watch that I
: set at the same time was four seconds
: fast...)
The 1120 has been a surprisingly accurate movement for me as well. My Bond SMP has been running at a hare under +1 sec/day and my 2254.50 seems to run about +1.5 sec/day. I have a crappy Casio quartz "beater" watch that gains about a second per day, so I can hardly complain about my Omegas.
I think it's time to throw away the Casio, though...
