One last thing - stay away from those polished

wood winders, shown on the same page. Those are evidently the same ones they sell in the malls, like the ones I had.

My first only lasted about 6 months, and the warranty replacement one didn't even last two weeks with a Seamaster on it. They're pretty, but all the material and labor costs evidently went into the case and not enough into the mechanism - run far, run fast. Black plastic that works (like the lower priced Eilux singles) is better than polished walnut that doesn't. Plus, those are very LOUD.
