My advice to you would be to send it back and tell them that you expect an expensive Swiss timepiece of this caliber to come back looking like the new watch it was. I had a far worse experience than you did with Omega USA in New Jersey, so I agree with Georges that Omega's service quality is in need of improvement. If you e-mail Omega Switzerland at aftersales@omega.ch detailing your complaint, they should contact your service center on your behalf. That's what they did for me to help expedite my repairs to my repairs.
The bottom line is that you shouldn't have an upside down caseback and a scratched case when you started out with a brand new watch. Furthermore, that dust particle never should have been there in the first place. If Omega realizes you aren't a pushover and will keep sending it back until they fix it right, I suspect they'll try harder to get it right so you don't keep returning the watch to them.
