I'm Used by the Service centre and it is not what they expect from me when I send back work. I would send it back and ask for the back to be replaced correctly and the marks to be removed the marks are from the replacement of spring bars. All watches are tested before leaving Eastleigh and it does not matter for water resistance as to which way the back is fitted. But Swatch group try to make them selves the best service centre in UK and still need to be told that some times it's not. All companies including Cartier and Rolex use non qualified watch techs to do some work normally checking WR and Time tests but some companies use them for part jobs as well. As Georges has said UK is not the only country to fall foul of this.
In the UK Omega has taken the lead by setting up a training school which follows the WOSTEP 3000 course with the likes of Cartier and other leading brands combining the future for us in the UK looks brighter.
