: Hi Nafees
: This problem hasn't only happned to you but to
: other people here who had similar stories
: especially with former Omega service centre
: located in Lancaster which closed its door
: which is now in New Jersey.
: The lack of qualified and competent watchmakers
: is not unique to England but it can be seen
: and felt in other countries as well.
: I don't know about water pressure but I would
: suggest to go to an independant in the uk.
: good and all the best.
: regards
: georges
If the watch is new there is NO WAY you should take it to an independant repairer, send it back to Swatch/Omega and moan, I sent my SMP back three time before it was fixed correctly but at least after it was fixed it still had the Omega warranty intact which would not be the case if it was fettled by an independant.
Best regards David
