I've had and have two of each brand. The Omega cases are just as scratch and ding prone as the Citizen and/or Invicta stuff, and the bracelets are even more so. As for the movements themselves, the Miyota is a bit unnerving as it tends to stop the seconds hand when jolted, but this is normal. However, the Miyota in my experience isn't as reliable as the Omega (comparing an 8926 to a 2531.80 in this case). Both can be made quite accurate with a little care, but my money for longevity is on the Omega.
