As far as breaking in is concerned, I've had my 2254 about 5 weeks now. The first two weeks it was about -2 a day, but then it started doing about +3 a day for the last three weeks. So there was a period of time it was right on the money as a result of "catching up", but now it's fast and consistently so. Still within COSC specs though. I've tried resting it in different positions, but lately have just been sleeping with it on. I'll be curious about what happens in another month.
