Any good watchmaker can do it if he has the equipment. It does not have to be an AD. Just ask if they can do an air pressure test on the watch. Some ADs may have an on-site watchmaker, but not all by any means.
Many independent watch repair places will do this for you for a nominal charge...less than $20.
The guy who does this for me will do it "while you wait" if he's not real busy.
