No flak at all. They knew they had a screwy deal on their hands. I actually really liked the buying experience up until I looked over the cards a little closer. They have a 30-day return policy so they took it back as "Customer didn't like". They are nice helpful people, they just didn't have their ducks in a row and lost my sale. I had already bought my wife a Tag Heuer Link there and that was a pleasant experience that DID have all the right paper work. Decent retail prices too, as far as large chain shops go.
