A lot of watch firms have seen after sales-customer service going down in terms of quality add to this also quality control problems taht touch the whole swiss watch industry and you get the picture. If the AD is no longer selling Omega it is because in America qualified and very experienced watchmakers are almost unexisting. Also Omega tarnished its reputation Omega Lancaster and now with Omega New Jersey. The experienced watchmakers are very often independants and the people who work in firms are more than often young and unexperienced watchmakers. I will never trust a young watchmaker with no experience no matter what the task is. When you pay for a watch repair it must be done professionnaly not amateurishly.
