I personally would go for the PO, as I like the look of the watch (slightly better than the 2254.50) and also because of te Co-Axial technology. From what I understand the Co-Axial technology allows the movement to work with less friction, which allows it to be more accurate and also go longer periods without being serviced (though there is always debate on that subject.)
Currently I am sure I will someday own the PO and it may be my next Omega, though the Bond SMP GMT is also in the running. It is abou the same price as the PO, but also has a GMT function, plus I love the styling...but to answer your question, I would go with the Planet Ocean. I have included a picture of the Bond SMP GMT and a link to Omega's website that has info on the Co-Axial technology.
Have a great weekend!!
