: I'm thinking the orange bezel insert may get
: old someday. Anyone have suggestions for
: having the insert changed to black? Will
: Omega do it? If not who might?
Sadly, Omega will only sell an entire bezel, not just an insert (more money for them I suppose). Further, they won't sell the bezel to you, but only to an Omega AD or authorized service center. This is considered a "part", and Omega does not sell parts directly to consumers.
A brand new black bezel will cost you in the $140 range, and any competent watchmaker can put it on for you in a matter of minutes.
A lot of Planet Ocean owners seem to be doing this - buying a black bezel for their orange PO. I think Omega took note of this when they decided to release the black bezel/orange numbers models earlier this year.
