As Chuck said, pictures would help. However, if you simply have a bent or broken pin caught between the links, Omega has tools to remove them. Did Omega tell you that you needed a whole new bracelet, or was it an independent watchmaker? I suspect that if the watch was sent back to Omega they could easily fix the problem, especially since the watch is only 4 years old.
