Hey Lorenzo, if your watch is a 1960 model, then the best thing to do is roll the hands back and forth between 7.30pm and midnight until you get to the desired date. It's a pain in the butt, but it's the only way I know of to advance the date on the 562 Calibre. I have a 1962 model Seamaster (Cal 562) that's similar to your watch and that's how I advance the date.
