You could put it back in the box and never wear it again or do as I do on all my Seamasters and Speedmasters. Don't worry about them. They're just normal wear marks. My new PO had 2 marks within a day of putting it on. Otherwise go to Otto Frei and get a fibreglass scratch removal pen.
