Owner, Omega 2293.50 and Speedmaster MKII - Dear Sirs: While you permit your customers to be treated in a disgraceful and completely unprofessional manner by your watch repair facilities in Lancaster Pennsylvania, Secaucus New Jersey, and Eastleigh UK, none of whom can properly repair Omega watches without causing further damage to said watches, you express concern that the image of the Omega Brand name may somehow be damaged by an Authorized Dealer who has sold thousands of your watches to members of watch forums like Chronocentric and Time Zone?? Does anyone within the Omega group still have even the merest shred of common sense, concern for the customer, or understanding of how their actions are being peceived by the watch buying public?
