The first one was a diver watch of unkown brand, the second one was a Rolex GMT Master I with a blue / red bezel (the "Pepsi-Model").
One episode shows how the watch was given to him when Magnum was a little boy. It was his fathers watch and after he died, Magnum got it. Since that episode, Magnum always wears the Rolex. You see it every now and then in a lot of the episodes.
Remeber that is is a older model with acrylic crystal instead of sapphire as they have now.
