: Hi All - I brought in my 1 year old GMT to my
: authorized dealer because it started losing
: around 5 mins/month. The service will still
: be under warranty. Problem is it's been over
: a month and it's still at Omega. Does Omega
: usually take a while with warranty work like
: this? I was under the impression that this
: would be a quick fix??
: Thanks all
6-8 weeks is what Omega USA claims is their "normal" turn-around time for mechanical watches, but I've waited as long as 10 weeks for warranty repair. It all depends on how busy they are at the time your watch is sent in.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news...
