I'm afraid I have absolutely no experience of watchwinders so I'll skip that part.
As for restoration, the Omega price for restoring a watch with a 752 in it is 420 CHF if it's on a strap or 450 CHF if it is on a bracelet. ( around 175 - 190 quid )

Another option is to use Richard West or "West Repairs". I have a watch currently with Richard & will "report back" when I get my watch again.
