Dear Georges
Maybe it's because I am living in Switzerland therefore am closer to Bienne and Geneva that I don't see any problems with Omega customer service and quality control. Neither do I see any problems with their movements. And certainly the current Omega movements do match the vintage quality (I talked to several watchmakers to get this confirmed).
I am sorry, if your experience is somewhat different.
