I have a Speedy Moon watch with the early pushbutton bracelet introduced in the early 2000s. Bracelet number is 1998/840. I'd like to know the difference between this early version and the current version which is ref. # 1998/849.
Is the end link the only thing that changed? How did it change? Is it thicker to better follow the case lugs of the Speedy Moon? And, are the rest of the bracelet links the same?
Reason I ask is that the 1998/840 on this watch seems like the links are thinner and the 840 end link seems sunk down a bit much between the lugs of the watch. Is this my imagination? Thanks for any input.
