I have a Seamaster quartz of that sort of date and I think it may have the same adjustment as your Constellation.
I am sorry to say that I think you will have to get the minute hand correct by using the push button. If you push it in and out rapidly, the second hand should go forward at speed. You will eventually get to the right minute!
That can involve a lot of work. You can save yourself that work if you pull the crown right out, so as to stop the watch altogether. You can then wait until the time catches up with your minute hand, press the crown back in and you've got the right time!
