Guess there's nothing wrong in asking. I certainly would. Your watch is obviously not performing to chronometer standards. (And isnt that why we buy them in the first place, to be 99.99% accurate??)I don't think your dealer can help much, but try starting there...and then move on to Bienne.
My Seamaster Pro is running 15 secs/day fast, and making odd mechanical thunking noises. Time for me to send it in as well. Only 2 months old.
Bought the watch in Toronto from an AD, perhaps we can swap some stories later.
