:I enclosed a very polite letter with the first watch when all of this started in June, indeed every time I sent the unit back. It was returned, granted with a clean crystal, but there were scratches on the case work, there was dust on the face of the watch and the case back was on upside down....all this in spite of my asking them to be careful with my first "expensive" watch!
How about if you add what you have written here in your next letter to them, and ask them once again to take extra special precautions with your "baby" so that it won't come back with scratches and dust again.
And please don't forget to post the outcome of your problem.
Good luck,
Common man
