Your pic doesn't seem to work (there isn't a 'view picture' option when I right click (the 'show picture' option doesn't work either), but if the scratches are on the bracelet, you can use some Scotch-Brite pads to do the trick. But be careful and only stroke in one direction, avioding the polished areas if there are any. You have to know what you are doing.
