I'm going to send you an e-mail momentarily with the AD contact info. As for sending it to the hotel, I have referred several other people to my former AD who did this. When an AD ships a watch, they insure it and send it with a tracking number. They also require a signature from either you directly or a hotel representative if you are not in your room. This way you can track your package and see exactly who signed for it at the hotel. That way there can be no claim of loss on the hotel's part, since they will lock the watch in their safe after signing for it.
