If you're willing to venture out to Queens, you might give Moonlite International in Jackson Heights or Alicia's Fine Jewelry in Bayside a try. The one AD I knew of in midtown is no longer listed on Omega's website and my last visit to them a few weeks ago I noticed that their Omega display was gone, so I'm pretty sure they are no longer an AD.
