Mine had some green particles near the crystal/bezel when it was brand new. I took it to Omega Service Center in San Francisco, California and they cleaned it all up for me. They told me that sometimes the gasket of the bezel comes rubs off a little bit into the watch.

Now, I'm afraid to turn my bezel. No big deal since I don't need to turn it anyway. I just leave it at the 12 o'clock position and never turn it.
