Is the watch losing 5 seconds a day, or is that 5 seconds in total for the 5 days?
If it lost a total of 5 seconds over the 5 day period, then the watch is fine.
If it loses 5 seconds a day, I would give it a few more weeks to "settle in" Also changing overnight positions will help. The time can fluctuate quite a bit depending on the resting position.
If after a few weeks, its still off 5 secs a day, you might have it regulated. The AD you bought it from should be able to do that pretty easily, if they have in house watch repair.
