In Response To: Pictograms card? ()

: Hi everyone! When I bought my SMP Bond Quartz
: model at Tourneau 8 months ago, I received
: the box and warranty card (etc.), but that's
: it - no "pictograms" card (and
: because it's a quartz model, there is of
: course no chronometer card). So, here's what
: I'm wondering: should I have received the
: pictograms card? Is it worth going back to
: Tourneau and "bothering" them
: about it? Many thanks! -TJ

You paid for a brand new watch from an authorized retailer, so you deserve to get each and every piece of proper documentation with your watch. Tourneau should be especially diligent since Omega's parent company owns a share of the Tourneau chain.

If you go back and they give you a bunch of excuses, don't back down. They owe you that card, no ifs, ands, buts, or maybes.
