zOwie Omega Discussion Forum

It's very easy. Just scan or take a digital picture of your authorized dealer stamped and dated warranty card. Attach it to an e-mail and send it to aftersales@omega.ch with your mailing address. It should be sent to you from Switzerland within 2-4 weeks. It's also 100% free of charge, so it's a nice thing to have.

One thing to keep in mind is that the COSC certificate can sometimes have only limited value as far as helping determine the best position for your watch. When COSC testing is conducted, only the movement is tested, not a completely assembled watch. Once the movement is put into the watch and shipped to the dealer, its timekeeping may change from what's on the certificate. As an example, the COSC certificate for my Bond SMP shows that it lost time in nearly all positions. However, in my "real world" wearing of the watch, it has only ever gained time.
