I currently have the 2594.52 model and can say I have never had any issues with the movement. I purchased it in June and it is a Great watch. It has not left my wrist since. I have put this watch through everything from the gym, running, swimming etc.

From what I gathered from reading through a lot of forums on this movement is that the people with issues are those who don’t wear it enough. This movement is made to take a beating. I will give you a story on my watch. When I first purchased it I had it on in the gym working out and someone noticed and said are you nuts working out with that watch. I got to thinking and said he may be right I just spent a lot of money on this and if I was to break it I would be very upset. So I started leaving it in my locker. Before I started doing this it would lose 1 to 2 seconds a night and this is with the watch taking a beating. What I started to notice after leaving it in my locker that it would lose 4 to 5 seconds a night. So guess what I no longer leave it in my locker and it is back to 1-2 seconds a night.

I plan on having this watch a very long time. The watch itself is still in perfect shape as for the bracelet that holds it that is a whole different story. I have seen posts with people asking how can I get the scratches off the bracelet. Well guess what I like my scratches and it adds character. So if you want a watch that will take a beating and you are willing to give it buy this watch. You won’t be disappointed.

Take care
