I guess I'll try turning the watch 40-50 full revolutions just as a experiment to get a feel for this. Do all automatic watches have the overwind protection mechanism though?
Thanks for the feedback on the Sharper Image winders, I received the Deluxe leather version as a gift although I would prefer the Piano black version with a ac adapter which doesn't
exist. Atleast it's good to hear the Steinhausens are good, do you have the dual watch model? I thought a lot of winders would be noisy including the Steinhausen since that was what Sharper Image claimed about other watchwinders.
