My experience with New Jersey has been abysmal, so I can't stress enough that you stay away from that place. If your watch is still under warranty, you can send it to any authorized Omega service center. If it is not under warranty, you can let any watchmaker repair it since you'll be paying the full bill.
Walter Gooden in Los Angeles has a good repuation on this forum, and his center is an authorized Omega service center. I have provided a link to his website below. You can also call Omega at 1-800-766-6342 for a list of all service centers in the US. There may be one closer to Ohio.
By the way, was this a "sudden stop" issue, where the watch just stopped and now you can't get it running again even by winding it and shaking it? I had a problem with a Seamaster Pro also, only mine wouldn't start after winding unless I shook it VERY vigorously. When I sent it back to Omega in NJ, they fixed that problem but left me with a lot of cosmetic damage (scratched up bracelet, bracelet on backwards, dust on dial, scratched bezel, etc.). It had to go back again to repair the repairs.
Anyway, good luck to you!!!
