According to Omega, it was made in 1963 and deliverd to the US Navy PX stores. The previous owner had it completely overhauled and restored by Omega in Bienne two years ago...the case, dial, bracelet, and bezel were not replaced, but they did use NOS hands and movement parts. All of the original parts came back with the watch. Unlike most of these, this one was apparently NOT used for diving very often, if at all, because it was in reasonably good condition to begin with.
Interesting, though not suprising, that it keeps time to within 2 or 3 seconds, better than most of my other watches right now and about what a recently serviced Blancpain does!
