Rattling/loose spring sound ?

Hi,

I've got a full size Seamaster Pro Chronometer, it works well, but if I hold it to my ear, and shake my wrist slightly, I can hear what sounds like an unwound spring rattling sound ?

Is this because my watch is not fully wound ?

What can I do about it ?
