I'm having a day/date problem with a vintage Constellation. It belonged to my father-in-law and was probably purchased in the 70s. On occasion, when I wake up in the morning, the date has moved forward properly but the day hasn't. In order to adjust the day I wind the watch forward until the proper day is displayed (and then the date is one day ahead). Then I use the push/pull stem to readjust the date. It take a few minutes since I have to go through the whole month each time. On every occasion, the date gets stuck on 26. I cannot adjust further until the next day. Any ideas on what the problem could be? The watch was overhauled by Omega maybe a year ago.
