I'm curious, why is this important to you? Have you found the tapered ones too wimpy or uncomfortable for you? Or do you prefer the visual look of the untapered strap?
Actually, most 18 & 20 mm straps taper to 16mm, though some 20mm straps do taper to 18mm instead.
One option may be to find a 22mm rubber strap that tapers to 20mm and adapt the ends to accomodate your 20mm watch lugs!
